Introduction
The gaming industry has obtained significant importance in the last few years. It is because of
the increasing technology and tech-savvy generation who spend time on video gaming. The
current business is focused on developing the application for providing better facilities through
adding features and new specification. The business aims to create value by offering quality
features in the gaming app to increase customer satisfaction. The application also helps in
providing better tracking capability along with the deployment of BIS.

Technology Development
The top management of the organization is expected to emphasize adopting the new technology
to create value for the customer’s. The gaming app and website intend to deliver a secure
platform for gamers. The customer could access the app on the specified website that will be
authentic and valid and free from internet threats. This value delivered to the customer could
essentially help the business to create value for the product or services ( Sjödin, Parida, Jovanovic
& Visnjic, 2020). Furthermore, the application would be instantiated from end-to-end encrypted
formal such as no specific party app could be able to access its functionality.
Justification of the Strategic Value Created and Delivered
The strategic value is created to gain a competitive advantage. The advanced features and
specification of the app through the website enable the customer to have secure gaming that will
help in increasing the company product performance in the market.
Business Value
Our business allows customers to install the app from the website within 5 to 10 minutes. This
essentially increases the value for the customer. In addition, offer better quality, increase
convenience, enhance customer services, and planned discounts are used to create business
value.

Justification of the Business Value Created And Delivered
The business value is created to increase the revenue and profitability of the company.
Andreassen, et al. (2018) argued that businesses are focused on offering quality services that help
them to differentiate from the competitors. Kaplan (2019) argued that the global pandemic
supported mobile gaming to reach the new level of 45% jump in install in 2020. In end of 2019,
the global gaming industry worth was $152 billion and $68.5 billion from mobile games. This
approach mainly enables the company to develop and increase customer experience with gaming
app.
