Grant Thomas Article Summary November 7, 2007 30 deaths blamed on tropical storm Late last Tuesday the tropical Storm Noel moved slowly toward Cuba. The storm left 30 people dead and forced over 25,000 people to evacuate in the Dominican Republic. Noel started to the northeast and pick up speed as the storm progressed toward the Bahamas.
