The company is operated during theentrepreneurial week in 2019 via direct selling. Throughout the trend observation,Slick Refreshment provides slick,icy,mouth-watering and refreshing beverage to thecustomers.Slick Refreshment intends to be the world’s top beverage brand while remaining itsoriginal quality and aspiration while it grows. The objectives of Slick Refreshment areto achieve total sales of at least RM50,000, open at least 3 outlets and to achieve 80%customer satisfaction through feedback in 2020.Slick Refreshment’s products are categorised into carbonated drinks. In carbonateddrinks, the size of the industry is considerably big, amounted to RM503.4 million in2016. The sales performance is expected to stable again in 2025.Slick Refreshment selected personal monthly income as their target market which thepersonal monthly income is RM500 to RM 1000. According to the age group thatcompany decided, the customer mostly is college student or fresh graduate. The othermarket segmentation is age group. The age that below 18-25 and most of them arecollege student and fresh graduate which is the time often drink the carbonated drinks.Last but not least, the company also selected geographical factor as target market. Thecompany targets Perak to operate the business that has the most population which is2.51 million citizens. The GDP in 2017 is RM69,291 million and the GDP growth is5.1% while 2018 is RM72,942 million and the GDP growth 5.3% which increase 2%.It shows out the purchasing power of the Perak citizens are higher so the SlickRefreshment decided open the business in Perak.
