USE CASE ANALYSIS Use case analysis is referred to as a compilation of events or a series of actions that maps a definition of events or a series of actions that maps a definition of events of a person or an organization setting. Moreover, it can further be used in institutions as a methodology applied in system analysis to find out, clarify and put in place various organizational specifications. It is made up of a probable series of activities whose interaction is of the purpose of achieving a certain goal or a series of activities where it is meant to be applied. For effectiveness, the use case is supposed to have in it all system details that are of significance to the entire system and all its concerned developers and users. The purpose of developing a use case during system analysis is a combination of various reasons that are meant to achieve predetermined sets of achievements or goals in the organization that are meant to be achieved in a set time frame. First and foremost, the reason for development of the use case is to show in details the manner in which the various activities will be conducted and the path to their achievement.
