Electric fields create forces on charges. Moving electric charges (currents) create magnetic fields. Magnetic fields create forces on moving electric charges. Changing magnetic fields create electric fields. Faradays Law: The magnitude of the EMF E induced in a conducting loop is equal to the rate at which the magnetic flux B through the loop changes with time.
