The articles are all similar in that they studied the effects of certain factors onorganizational behavior. The research concluded that when organizational behavior is positive,the business/company will be successful because it creates unity within. According to Xiao Chen(2020), Professor at the University of Prince Edward Island,“havinggoals has effects onoutcomes of organizational relevance including performance and the need for achievement.”(Chen, 2020) The research conducted in this article shows that when there are goals set in placewithin a business, organizational behavior is positively affected. When goals are put in place, itgives employees a need for achievement and to accomplish these goals. In Contrast, thefollowing articles conduct research more on the relationship aspect. Ken Cheng (2019), Professorat Tongji University, states that “when responsible leadership flows down the organizationalhierarchy it reduces unethical pro-organizational behavior.” (Cheng, 2019) When employees see
