Organizational Behavior is how people interact within groups andcan positively or negatively affect the success of a business. There are many factors that affectthe environment of a workplace which in turn affects organizational behavior. These factorsinclude relationships between coworkers as well as people in authority. Through looking attopics such as gossip, trust, goal setting, responsible leadership, and relationships, it is clear tosee how they affect organizational behavior.Organizational BehaviorDifferences and Similarities in Research Regarding Organizational BehaviorIn the research regarding organizational behavior, there are various similarities anddifferences. The articles are all similar in that they studied the effects of certain factors onorganizational behavior. The research concluded that when organizational behavior is positive,the business/company will be successful because it creates unity within. According to Xiao Chen(2020), Professor at the University of Prince Edward Island,“havinggoals has effects onoutcomes of organizational relevance including performance and the need for achievement.”(Chen, 2020) The research conducted in this article shows that when there are goals set in placewithin a business, organizational behavior is positively affected. When goals are put in place, itgives employees a need for achievement and to accomplish these goals. In Contrast, thefollowing articles conduct research more on the relationship aspect. Ken Cheng (2019), Professorat Tongji University, states that “when responsible leadership flows down the organizationalhierarchy it reduces unethical pro-organizational behavior.” (Cheng, 2019) When employees see
