During these five days of training session, I learnt about "The 7 Habits of Highly EffectivePeople" by Stephen Covey. It's written about the belief that the way we see the world isentirely based on our own perceptions.Habit 1: Be Proactive - We're in charge. We choose the scripts by which to live our lives. Usethis self-awareness to be proactive and take responsibility for your choices. In order to beeffective one must be proactive. In order to be proactive, we must focus on the Circle ofInfluence that lies within our Circle of Concern-- in other words, we must work on the thingswe can do something about.Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind - This habit suggests that, in everything we do, weshould begin with the end in mind. Start with a clear destination. That way, we can makesure the steps we're taking are in the right direction. Covey emphasizes that ourself-awareness empowers us to shape our own lives, instead of living our lives by default orbased on the standards or preferences of others.
