The outcome of the Civil War had many bad affects too, one main one was reconstruction, which had the biggest impact on people and rebuilding things. The Civil War had many causes to it, but there were some that were more important over others. Three important causes in which started The Civil War was the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850, Bleeding Kansas and John Brown 1856, and Kansas Nebraska Act of 1854. These were obviously not the only causes of The Civil War, but were one of the most important. The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 was one of the most important causes to civil war for several different reasons. Although this law, in a way, helped slaves runway, it turned out as a bad outcome. This Act put a federal crime to anyone who helped runaway slaves. It said runaway slaves could be arrested even in areas where
