Group Project Outline Communication in the work place I. Introduction A. Work communication is different from other forms of communication we have discussed so far. B. Work communication is essential for the workplace for a multitude of reasons. II. Effective workplace communication: Oral Communication A. Oral communication is essential to the workplace. 1. Oral communication in the workplace is thought to be the verbal and non-verbal communication that takes place between individuals one-on-one, individuals in a group, and individuals as a group. 2.
