Kris Kelly Calorimetric Determination Lab CHEM 122L 4/7/08 Introduction/Thesis: In this experiment, the concentration of iron will be determined through spectrophotometric analysis. A calibration curve can be created through the calculation of absorbance of each of the five standardized solutions and the three prepared solutions. The concentration of iron may then be determined from the calibration curve.
