It has been designed to fulfill the requirements of the Public Relations/Advertising Certificate Program and is a basis for advanced study in public relations. The student will have the opportunity to develop a clear understanding of public relations theories, concepts, functions, principles, processes and practices. Upon completion of this course the student will: Be prepared for advanced study in public relations. Be able to develop a public relations campaign. Understand the Four-Step public relations process.
