Trystan WilliamsIMC 5-6Marketing Goals: The two marketing goals for Doritos would be to build a brand image and to encourage action to buy the chips. Creating a brand image would do more than just have Doritos be looked at as unhealthy chips, but also being looked at as a bold tortilla snack that can be enjoyed by the family every once in a while; a snack that people cannot get enough of. Doing so would increase sales volume because more bags of the tasty chips would be purchased. As far as encouraging action to buy the chips, there would be a larger sales volume, sales revenue, and profit because more people would be buying the chips. Although Doritos may not be the healthies snack out there, they provide a bold taste that is like no other. Selling the fact that they have a bold flavor may have more people buying the chips because they are not the same old boring potato chips. They have a twist of flavor that people will not get unless they eat Doritos. Creative brief: Doritos is a tasty snack that is often passed up by families because there are healthier options out there.
