PAMPERS 2 Product Classifications Pampers Diapers is a convenience product. Pampers is classified as a convenience because diapers are a relatively inexpensive and takes very little effort to find. Finding Pampers is as easy as a trip to 7eleven to Wal-Mart, Family Dollar to Kroger when looking for a convenience item it important for them to be easy to access. Part of being a convenience item is that people will put little to no effort into shopping around which is why if Pampers put’s their products in as many stores as possible so that they are where you need them when you need them. Branding Pampers uses family branding, even though pampers has different products, subtitle branding like Swaddlers and Cruisers are specific to the item but the brand is always Pampers.
