You may use only one continuation page for all questions. Thus, you should submit a maximum of 5 pages for the entire exam. Your answer must be typed in at least 11 pt. font with at least 1.5 spacing . Problem 1 A. The evidence is inadmissible in court because Detective I Gotcha searched the home without sufficient probable cause and did not have consent from Rumpa Roast. If Rumpa Roast would’ve given consent and Chuck Roast did not, the officers would’ve been able to legally seize the evidence because Rumpa Roast is part owner of the Winnebago and she had given consent for the search to happen. B. Given my experience as a police officer, after receiving information from the victims, as well as information from a confidential informant, it is my belief that Chuck Roast committed the assaults on the victims. Also, Chuck Roast has a prior history of robbery.
