WHAT IS DISNEY SELLING Disney is not only selling merchandise and tickets at their well known theme parks, but selling a family orientated, friendly environment where imaginary characters come to life. Disney was also selling the name upon which the Disney reputation was built, with clean facilities and well run theme parks it helped Disney set new standards for efficient, friendly customer service in the theme park industry, with its parks becoming major international tourist attractions. Disney sells a American born universal product whether your in Disneyland in California or a Disney theme park in Toyoko mikey mouse and Donald duck will always be the same. WHAT IS THE TARGET MARKET FOR DISNEY IN EURO DISNEY? WHO DO THEY WANT TO ATTRACT QUESTION 3 One problem Disney had in selling the Disney name was a bad effort on Disneys standard theme park program to better fit the European schedules and traditions.
