Another concern is that humans will get defenseless against these machines. It is a fact that machines are the more efficient than the human beings as they are fast and strong than humans. For example, if by any chance these machines get out of control then they might become a problem. They can just kill all the humans without any hesitation and people can do nothing to save them from these machines.
