Study Guide – Examination #2 There will be fifty questions on the exam, with about 40 multiple choice questions and 10 True/False questions. Please remember that this study guide is not exhaustive; however, it should be a very good beginning point for you in studying for the exam. Models of Politics Once again, be ready to identify aspects of the political models we have studied. Since we have taken up the group theory model, the incremental model, and the rational model in this section of the semester, I would especially be familiar with those models. Crime - Be familiar with the following Supreme Court cases involving capital punishment, gun control, and the use of medical marijuana: Gregg v. Georgia (1976), Roper v. Simmons (2005), United States v. Miller (1939), Gonzalez v. Raich (2005). - Has the 2 nd Amendment historically been interpreted by the Court as a collective or as an individual right? - What is public opinion on the death penalty? Gun control? Legalization of marijuana? Medical marijuana?
