Unformatted text preview: Emily Blum Autobiographical Paper #2 Due to this course, I think that my attitude and knowledge toward the issue of human sexuality has been dramatically impacted. Prior to this class, I was more timid and quiet when brought about this subject; but now I feel more open and less cautious about taking part in conversation. I’ve become more comfortable with my knowledge on the subject matter and realize that it’s not as much of a “don’t ask, don’t tell” topic of conversation. People are much more open about the subject matter than I would have ever previously thought, and just being open to talk about different issues makes awkward conversations easier when everything is just openly put out on the table. The course didn’t necessarily affect my sexual health, only because I’ve always been very self- conscious about issues in that regard, but it has opened my eyes to the severity of how important it is to maintain good habits; both for one’s self and for the other people involved.maintain good habits; both for one’s self and for the other people involved....
