FUN FACT: According psychologist Piers Steel, "80 percent to 95percent of college students procrastinate, particularly when it comes to doing their coursework"(Steel).Tim Urban is the co-founder of ArborBridge, earned his A.B. from Harvard University, and hastutored every academic subject. He states, "Procrastinating can create long-term unhappiness andregret. Long-term procrastinators feel like a spectator, at times, in their own lives. The frustrationis not that they could not achieve their dreams; it's that they were not even able to start chasingthem" (Urban).
