I usually eat pretty light during the week, trying to incorporate variety, moderation, and nutrients into me diet. I do not usually go on strict diets unless I eat very poorly during the weekend, but I do regularly care about what I put into my body. During the weekends, it is much harder to eat healthy. I go out to eat a lot with my friends and boyfriend and sometimes drink at night. Alcohol can definitely raise intake levels, so I have to watch how much I drink. Overall, these days are a basic representation of my usually diet and intake.B.I think water is a very important part of a daily diet. I am a huge water-drinker. I drink water with almost every meal and also carry water with me throughout the day. If I do drink another beverage, I also have a glass of water to kind of balance them out. My average water intake was 99.24 ounces of water per day. This is from both food and beverages, but I drink 8 or 9 eight ounce glasses of water per day. Water is my drink of choice
