2IntroductionBill is a successful young sales manager who makes six figures.He is unhappy with hisjob; it can be assumed it is due to his lack of managing skills. Bill wants help building unity inhis team; he wants to be a strong leader and wants happiness in his career.Therefore theessential elements are needed for himself and the team.Bill will need to process a plan, whichworks with the personalities he’s managing, while navigating personnel to what they are capableof accomplishing, setting priorities that focus on the overall team plan, and finally addressing theperfectionist style of employees he is leading. Bill is in need of a Coach to help him set goals.According to the author Stoltzfus, coaches are experts that assist leaders in taking responsibilityand create their own growth (2005, p.7).Bill’s BackgroundBill seems to have motivated employees, which are geared for individual success notteam success.Bills team works against each other they are a cut throat. Bills employees’competitiveness is ruining the environment of team. Bill may not have team meetings as much;the presumption is they have more individual meetings with Bill.This allows employees tocomplain about one another and their situation.Seems to me Bill is probably in the middle ofthese bash sessions which creates anxiety for him.The lack of unity is compromising the workenvironment scripture says,“For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh,the lust of theeyes,and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world (1John 2:16, NewInternational Version Bible, 2020).
