Conducting a Learner Analysis
It is essential to oversee a learner analysis, to evaluate the unique characteristics to design
a course, that will address the demands of the learners (GMCTL Uof S, 2013). Learner analysis’
helps to identify characteristics such as traits, skills, and talents that can be used to help learners.
Learners’ analysis identifies the significant general attributes of a grouping, as well as
distinguishing the range of abilities and aptitudes within that group that are relevant to the
instructional situation (Brown & Green, 2020). Each learner has their own set of needs, to
enhance each learner’s education we must use their unique characteristics to design a course that
will challenge and enhance their learning.
