Spirituality1. Tolle shares the opinion that holding religious beliefs does not make you a spiritualperson. That is his strict position, which I would not say I do share. Au and Cannon, as far asI have understood, rather connect the two. I would describe their position as combining thespirituality and the religion. They claim that spirituality is a path towards self-transcendence;and, since all in all, self-transcendence is the apogee of any religion, I have concluded thatthey have combined the two concepts into one.When I think of spirituality, the first thing that popes into my head is religion. Spirituality isof course if not totally but at least a bit is binned to religion, but has a greater meaning andimpacts in our life. For me, being spiritual means being able to truly be compassionate,loving and fulfilling; being the one who follows and preserves moral adequate principles.2. I got the perception that for Au and Cannon spirituality, wholeness and self-transcendence
