Explains the importance of research in daily lifeWhat I KnowActivity 1A.Paste a candid picture of your parents. Describe it.In this candid picture, all I can see is my mother and father who raised 6children with all they can do and afford. This picture symbolizes hope, love, andhappiness. Without the inspiration, drive, and support they gave me, I might notbe the person I am today. In the first picture, is my mom.Without any doubt,my mother is the mostimportant person in my life and the most powerful, and strong woman I know. She is very beautiful and has the kindest eyes that I have ever seen.My mother’sarms are more comforting than anyone else’s. when I look into my mother’s eyes,I know that it is the purest love I can find on this earth. Furthermore, Mothershold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever. In the second picture, is my father. As everyone likes to believe that theirfather is different, so do I. Nonetheless, this conviction is not merely based on thelove I have for him, but also because of his personality. My father owns a businessand is quite disciplined in all aspects of life. He is the one who taught me to alwayspractice discipline no matter what work I do. I can proudly say that it is my fatherwho has been my source of inspiration from day one. In other words, hisperspective and personality together have shaped me as a person. Similarly, he hasa great impact on the world as well in his own little ways. He devotes his free timein taking care of stray animals which inspires me to do the same. My father hastaught me the meaning of love in the form of a rose he gifts to my mother dailywithout fail. This consistency and affection encourage all of us to treat them thesame way.In conclusion, these persons protected me like a treasure and raised me liketheir little princess. All that I am, or hope to be, I owe to my parents. That’s why atthe end of the day, they gave me hope, love, and happiness. They gave meaffection without sentiment, authority without cruelty, discipline without
aggression, humor without ridicule, sacrifice without obligation, companionshipwithout possessiveness.
