At the end of this topic, students should be able to: Classify the differential equations according to the order , degree and the linearity of the given differential equations. Identify the types of first-order ODE i.e. separable equations, homogeneous equations, linear equations and exact equations. Find the solution of the first-order differential equations by using the above mention methods. Model physical problems in the form of first- order ordinary differential equations and solve them.
