OBJECTIVE/S: a) Maintain trees in a healthy condition through good cultural
practices.
b) Promote conservation of tree resources.
c) Centralize tree management under a person with the
necessary expertise.
d) Promote efficient and cost-effective management of the
urban forest.
e) Encourage good tree management on privately-owned
properties.
f) Uplift the quality of our living environment through active
planting, proper maintenance and preservation of pine
trees.
g) Bring about improvements in the beautification of the
community.
h) Help to reduce greenhouse gasses and fight climate change.
