In week 4 of the proposal I began to create my character and give him some motion. I started with making him with various types of shapes rather than using an image from the internet, or creating vector images. This was a way that I could use to be able to get a good feel for the bone tool to animate my character. I started with the legs and built him from the ground up using one rectangle and oval tools, in conjunction with the selection tool to edit some lines to make them smoother. I then created a bone structure for the legs and arms to give them the ability to move up the steps and bring my character to life. This was probably the hardest part of the entire project. Although the bone tool is easy to work with, trying to get the limbs move the way I wanted them to with the body was a bit of a hassle. I really enjoyed being able to use this tool to the best of my abilities.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
