GENERAL PHYSICS I Exam 1 This exam consists of 4 problems worth of 25 points each. You are asked to write down all steps for the solution of the problems in an orderly way. Besides writing down formulas, you must provide explanations about what you are doing and why. SOLUTIONS WITH- OUT EXPLANATIONS MAY NOT BE GIVEN FULL CREDIT. The explanations may be brief but to the point. Long irrelevant explanations will not be given credit. Diagrams must be clear. If necessary, redraw any pictures/objects already drawn in the sheet provided. Coordinate systems should be drawn carefully. The origin and the directions of the axes should be clearly marked. You will be given partial credit for correct thinking and/or equations. However, if you write contradictory statements, partial credit may not be given. ERASE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE READ FOR GRADING. Before you start any computation on a problem, it may be worthwhile to reflect on the problem for a few minutes. Too quick response to a problem may not lead to the best and/or fastest way of approaching the problem.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
