Running head: REFLECTION ASSIGNMENT 1 Reflection Assignment Student’s Name University Affiliation Reflection Assignment The difference between how people treat hard alcohol and other types of alcohol is because of the effects the two variants have on the human body. Some states in the United States have extensive regulations about hard liquor. Such perceptions are logical because of the effects of hard liquor on the body. People suffering from insomnia or depression should avoid intake of hard alcohol because hard alcohol has effects results in adverse psychological effects. People suffering from serious gastrointestinal problems such as the irritable bowel syndrome should avoid consuming hard alcohol because of the impact of the concentrations on the wall of the intestines. Excessive alcohol consumption results cause’ severe liver destruction can lead to scarring and even cirrhosis, inflation as well as cancer of particular organ (Maisto & Galizio, 2015).
