Conference Decision Analysis Week 3 2 Week 3 Case Analysis The assignment was to create the following: A consequence table A weighted scoring model Are there any dominated alternatives that can be eliminated? Are there any even swaps? New Orleans can be eliminated right off the bat, as it is there for comparison only. I would also venture to say New York can be eliminated because of the substantially high cost of hotel room accommodation combined with the $20000 conference costs. I could then focus on an even swap comparison of Chicago and Las Vegas airfare costs which are the same, but when comparing the other consequences it would not come out to an even swap between the two. Consequence Table Airfare Hotel Room Rate Conference Costs City $200-$300 $149 $25000 Chicago $200-$300 $169 $15000 Las Vegas $300-$400 $349 $20000 New York $300-$400 $149 $16000

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
