Conference Decision Analysis 2 MGMT530 – Conference Decision Week 1 Case Analysis 1) Define the decision problem? The Accounting System User’s Conference, scheduled to be in New Orleans from September 13-16 is threatened by Hurricane Katrina. The problem decision is what I, as head of the group putting the conference, do with this year’s conference. Do I cancel, relocate, or change the dates of the conference? 2) What is the general nature of the problem? Not only the City of New Orleans, but the whole region, are in a complete state of chaos and destruction and cannot be the host to the conference on the set dates. This has the potential to cost the company current and potential customers, innovations, and promotion of the company’s new systems ideas.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
