Conference Decision Analysis Week 2 2 1. Define the objectives for the Conference Decision Case. The objectives should be separated into fundamental and means objectives. Fundamental Objectives (Evaluate and Compare Alternatives) A. Secure new ideas and contracts from potential customers. B. Obtain product improvement ideas and user input from current customers. C. Create and foster an affordable plan which will keep all the registered participants coming. D. Keep all reasons or excuses from existing for registered presenters and registered participants. Means Objectives (Generate alternatives to strengthen my knowledge of the decision problem) A. Keep Same dates and move to a new city. This will be part of supporting the fundamental objectives due to the short notice the monetary increase may be giving some pause about coming. The financial issue may not affect others.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
