Adding Images to a Forum Message (Rich Text Editor) Before you add an image, make sure that it is the correct size and shape for your web page, and that the file size is optimized for the web. To add an image file to a message you must (A) upload the image file and (B) make the uploaded file publicly viewable. PART A: Add the image file. 1. To add an image to your new forum message, select the 'Insert/Edit Image' button on the message menu bar. 2. When the ‘Image Properties’ pop -up screen display s click the ‘Browse Server’ button. 3. A Resource folder page will display on a new browser tab. In the left-most column locate and click the ‘MyWorkspace’ link.

4. Locate and click the ‘Browse’ button in the lower right corner of the webpage. 5. Locate and choose the file that you wish to upload to your MyWorkSpace area. 6. Once the file is uploaded to the MyWorkspace area, locate and click the file.
