Appendix -Bright Finishing Business Plan 5.1 Strategy Pyramid Bright Finishing strategy is to offer customers in the Rio Grande Valley a high quality electroplating service. In order to successful implement this strategy, Bright Finishing is conducted surveys to local businesses in order to get feedback on potential interested customers. Such as companies like Tella Tool and Trico have shown a strong interests in working on future projects with the company. Bright Finishing is also providing potential customers with a convenient location to obtain their finished product. 5.2 Value Proposition By having Bright Finishing Company in the Rio Grande Valley it provides a convenient nearby location in which customers can easily have access to. Some of the benefits of a having the company nearby for customers is there is better communication with the customer as well as easier to follow up with any problems that may arise. 5.3 Competitive Edge Bright Finishing’s competitive edge is providing a high-quality service with a convenient location for customers.
