Existing Situation 1. Project Cost Increasing/loss The project is more expensive than the approved budget which requires additional funding. The company would incur more losses if the project were to be cancelled halfway through it’s cycle along with bad visibility and a huge profit loss.

Existing Situation 2. Infrastructure and Resources Project success may still be realized because none of the project infrastructure (which aids its completion) has been damaged or eliminated. Project resources are still available and they can still be used to complete the project in good time with proper management and technical experts.

Existing Situation 3. Possibility of Success Project has not run half the course of its lifecycle. It would be premature to terminate the project before running half its cycle and already having a functional team. High success rate with proper management follow up and technical experts on each task until completion.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
