Week Four Peer Analysis Learning Team D’s assignment was to review the Strategic Plan Part 2, from week three’s assignment, for a couple of our team members. Learning Team D had three team members volunteer their assignment for review, Desma Darden, Gregory Franklin, and Kayode Ogbera. For Desma’s paper the team found that t he information for the assignment was included in the paper. A SWOT analysis was added but it did not include the breakdown of legal and regulatory forces, trends, economic strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It did not include a SWOT table. A few of the factors could have been broken down into their own headings to create an easier flow of information. Desma did a great job. Her paper was well written with correct use of grammar, spelling, and APA formatting. For Gregory’s paper the team found that the use of APA formatting was used in regards to

Constructive criticism to help Gregory in the future was to watch for word breaks, proof read and edit for the usage of repetitive unnecessary words, to use Riverpoint writer, and the reference generator in the University Library. Gregory’s paper also did not include a SWOT table. His paper did include the information required for the assignment. Kayode’s paper was well written and included a SWOT table. She included all of the information required in the assignment and followed APA formatting very well. The only item the team found with Kayode’s paper was the incorrect indention of a couple of paragraphs. If we are willing to give constructive criticism to our team members and they are able to take it and put it use, we are not only helping our team do better but also helping each member be better on their own....
