Milestone 3: Rough Draft Lisa M Iodice QSO-510 This project and the data collected will (hopefully) support the theory that standardizing the wording included in our Standards Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Job Aids for the data entry of select metrics will reduce the time necessary to collect, analyze and fix any reporting errors in the metrics and also show that the time necessary to collect the data currently being entered into one of our systems (Quality Tracking System {QTS}) has shown improvement. The raw data consists of an Excel spreadsheet containing four tabs: The Before Time Plot tab shows the days it takes to collect metrics and the corresponding Time
