It was amazing to hear about how they weren’t set up to turn a profit and also about how they were told a certain range of percentages for food costs at the beginning, that they just had no chance of matching. It was shocking to me that in today’s world, in business, margins and maximizing profits are everything, and to see a company set up someone who is carrying on their brand for failure right from the beginning just seems wrong in every way of thinking....
