Our group wants to open a business based on selling pizzas by driving around Almaty city on a food truck. The mobile bakery will go by a certain route and at a certain time will arrive at different points of the city. We think that it will bring us positive profit, because our idea is unique for our city and today there are no competitors in this area. This type of food delivering is very convenient, because our clients always know at what time our truck will come and they will get their orders. The machine will be fully equipped with a kitchen which has all the accessories for a cold or hot food. We will use only quality materials and equipment from leading European manufacturers that provides durability and comfort. We will cook pizzas in the best traditions of Italian cuisine. This type of pizza will not bring you much harm, and will not contribute to weight gain. Because the format of the institution presupposes democracy in prices, our main customers can be office workers, students, pupils, and people that do not have enough time for cooking at home. Our business will operate in the food industry. The food industry is very large and includes a huge variety of goods and services linked with food: restaurants, cafes, different cheap eateries, food delivery, etc. We decided to open our business in its largest segment – fast food market. Globally this segment takes about 50-60% of catering industry. Every resident of Almaty younger than 40 years eats fast food at least once a year. 54% of them eats fast-food at least once a year, one third eats consumes it once a week [1]. As a result of urbanization population of cities grows. Food culture changes and today eating out is considered normal. The main players in the market are hamburgers, pizza and Turkish d ӧ ner. Fast-food industry develops rapidly and today we see lots of new products: cone pizza, frito chili cheese pizza, tacos (new for Kazakhstan), and croissant donut and so on. Also there are different new technologies that make cooking process faster and easier. Today big companies have adopted the new “cook assistants”: these machines
