The strategies of our competitors go hand-to-hand with what they display as their strengths. That is what is helping them become successful and their weaknesses display where they are not successful and will probably bring their company down. The report allows us to see who’s going up and who is going down from the pervious year. Our company and Company E are on our way up by a lot but we’re still behind because they other competitors also moved up. I believe that the KSF of our industry is to not make so many shoes to gain more money. We would have more income by increasing revenue and decreasing costs. Therefore within our industry our KSF are strategy elements, product attributes, resource strengths, competitive abilities, and market achievements....
