The following is our strategic group map: Within this market, 3 out of 4 of our competitors are above us in the Internet segment. In the Wholesale segment, we are above 2 out of 4. Company A slightly surpasses and B is way above us as well. Although some don’t surpass us, our size also needs to increase. Based on this chart, our closest competitors are between company C and B in the Internet segment and A, C in wholesales. They are the closest ones to us. When is comes to our competitors weaknesses, Company A weaknesses are model availability, advertising, rebate offer, retail outlets, delivery time, and celebrity appeal. The only strengths are s/q rating and retail support. For company B, only weakness is wholesale price. Their strengths are s/q rating, model availability, advertising, rebate offer, retail outlets, and celebrity appeal. Lastly for C, their weaknesses are s/q rating and celebrity appeal. The strategies of our competitors go hand-to-hand with what they display as their strengths. That is what is helping them become successful and their weaknesses display where they are not successful and will probably bring their company down. The report allows us to see who’s going up and who is going down from the pervious year. Our company and Company E are on our way up by a lot but we’re still behind because they other competitors also moved up. I believe that the KSF of our industry is to not make so many shoes to gain more money. We would have more income by increasing revenue and decreasing costs. Therefore within our industry our KSF are strategy elements, product attributes, resource strengths, competitive abilities, and market achievements....
