Breahna Karmann HSES 384 Sports Law 8 Sept 2015 Larry went to Disney World with his family, him and his family went on a roller coaster but the employee running the ride didn’t check to make sure everyone was secure. As the ride continued on , he lever that holds everyone in flew up and Larry’s kids almost flew out of their seat. The first step to his legal complaint would be hiring a lawyer with experience in negligence action who would prepare a written complaint summarizing what happened on the ride and why they’re writing a complaint. The statement would include of the cause of action, the remedy requested and a small summary of the facts supporting the claim that Disney World is responsible for. Disney World would then file an answer to the complaint admitting or denying that they didn’t check to make sure everyone was secure. Disney Worlds attorney could then file a motion to dismiss the case, if it was clear that Larry did not have a solid case. The judge would assign a case then order a
