My ques³on about Asian Americans and their involvement with gaming that I feel was not brought up is why the appeal to gaming seems to be so apparent on Asians in our culture now, as I look around at my friends and peers at UCLA. I ´nd that most of the people I talk to that enjoy gaming are Asian, and not so much of other cultures and I would like to know why; does it have anything to do with our roots and the way that our ancestors had lived their lives before us? My ques³on for Foster is, why do we desire to be machines? Why aren’t we content with our lives as humans? Finally, is there a way for us to point the Cambodian youths away from gangs and help them to be true Americans, to guide them from their faulty percep³ons?...
