DQ 1 Discuss which type of group you may have led before and what you think your strengths and limitations are in the context of group work. If you have not been in a leadership position with one of the group types discussed, simply consider what your strengths and limitations might be In my opinion group work, also known as team work is a good way of dividing work and increasing productivity. It allows an individual’s to demonstrate and utilize their different skills, experience and knowledge they may acquire. In reference to my success in building a group and participating in one has allowed me to gain a sense of responsibility and involve my sophisticated abilities to work together and share tasks. One main experience that I have acquire which has now lead to my career to become a guidance counselor is my stern ability to create a trusting and bonding relationship with individuals.

One weakness in parTcular was the noTon that I may have or will fail my duty as a leader who main goal and mission to guide other to the path of righteousness. Not being able to accomplish this goal would defeat my purpose and what I felt I stand for as a Missionary. Being accepted by all is considered a focused strength of mines, for there has never been a person to have turned me down for the wisdom and knowledge I have given them. Being a leader in a group hold much responsibility for the members within that group are looking to you to make sure all tasks and work is accomplished at their digression....
