USC Upstate English 102 Assignment Proposal Argument Purpose The purpose of this essay is to make a feasible proposal (also referred to here as an “action or program”) to help alleviate a social problem in South Carolina or in the Spartanburg/Greenville area. Your proposal must be supported by information you located for your literature review and by additional sources. You may propose: an action or program similar to one you read about a combination of different, effective parts of actions or programs you read about an entirely new action or program Whichever option you choose, you must support your proposal with evidence from your literature review and other sources. Explain why this is the “most effective” approach for our area (different locations may require different actions). Also, and very importantly, you must consider what the critics of your proposal (or parts of your proposal) would say. You should already have found much of this information for your literature review.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
