Describe the Customer Service features they offer. Do they include most e-service channels such as FAQ's, email, and chat? What additional online service features do they offer especially those that make them exceptional in your opinion? 1. The Sportsman’s Guide website offers great customer service. They have all of the following under the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page. It addresses most of all that you would need to know. They do not have a chat service but you can send an online email response service. I do like how they have the Returns Made easy on the website.
