Tips for the Calling Cards, Thank-You Notes and Text-Only Portfolio NOTE to students who are taking this course in distance education format: You do not have to print out the calling cards, and you do not have to mail in a thank-you note. You can simply produce the calling cards using a Vistaprint example ( ) or the attached templ ate (a table set up in 2” x 3 ½” cells), and. You can simply copy and paste your text-only portfolio into the final document that you will be submitting. Attached you’ll see a blank calling -card template and example thank-you note text. Calling Card Looks like a business card Dimensions: 2” x 3 ½” Your name | Major & University | Mailing address | Phone(s) | Email Visit or other business-card and stationery websites for design ideas Use a table with 2 x 3 1/2” cells (attached) Handwritten Thank-You Note (not required for this portfolio but you _must_ send one to your interviewers) Write neatly
