Objectives The objective of this lab is to compare the measured time response of our combined system (Gray box amplifier/DC motor/tachometer) when subjected to a triangle wave input, with that of a model system subjected to the Fourier series representation of the same triangle wave input. Experimental Setup In this experiment, we will be using only the first circuit on our breadboard, connected to the gray box amplifier, DC motor, and output to the computer for analysis in LabView. Input comes from the function generator, set to triangle wave output. The system diagram is below. Procedure 1. Use the LabView VI Scope to measure the time response of the above combined system to triangle wave inputs of 0.4, 5, 12, and 30Hz. Save the data from each trial. 2. Open Matlab and start a new script file. Model the triangle waveform as a Fourier series
