Six Dimensions of Health Worksheet SCI/162 Version 8 1 Associate Level Material Six Dimensions of Health Worksheet Part 1 Physical health: This dimension is what enables me to work hard physically every day. On my job, I am able to lift up to 70 pounds and work on my feet for a long period of time. I am also able to work in confined spaces and in bad weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat and cold. Social health: Appropriate daily behavior is a must during work and school environment. For instance, during school discussion questions, I need to make sure I do not write in all capital letters as it is rude and indicating I am yelling. At work, I need to treat my co-workers with respect and not talk over them when they are speaking. Intellectual health: I use this a lot at work since I am a technician. A lot can go wrong with telecommunication equipment, however, I have to use my brain power effectively and learn from my past mistakes in order to work on the current problem.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
