Questionnaire 1. How would you handle a client who goes against your ethnical beliefs? I would put aside my beliefs and differences to help the client the best I could. If any problems occur, I would refer them to another agency that can help. 2. What will you do to improve and continue your education in your field? To improve my education I would take any training classes offered and also renew my licenses and stay on top of new news, regulations, and rules. 3. How will you maintain and keep accurate and complete records of your clients? To maintain and keep accurate records of my clients I will double check the information and keep copies of everything on file. A copy would be filed in the computer and in a log book of client record. The records would be updated every year. 4. How would you respond to witnessing child abuse at a facility?
