Ryan Lambertson 2 Creating a Statement of Work Major Database Topics: o All Lessee’s Information/Payments o Occupancy Rate o Total Revenues in Rent o Total Expenses and Requests for Maintenance and Repairs o Revenues/Expenses History: Wild Woods Apartments is a property management company. They own 20 different buildings in four states, each of which is composed of anywhere from 10 to 60 different units. Each building has a lot of information to maintain such as occupancy, leases, payments and maintenance requests and expenses. This is expected to be done by the manger on site and then they are to send a report to the company headquarters every quarter. Currently all information tracking is being managed manually with spreadsheets which are inefficient and calls into question the accuracy and verifiability.
